Op 7 mei 2020 organiseert het Nederlandse chapter van APMP zijn jaarcongres in Bunnik met als thema:
Server park of paper trail?
Digitale transformatie is momenteel het toverwoord in de toepassing van IT in het offerteproces. Het is een uiterst actueel onderwerp dat vrijwel iedereen die te maken heeft met offertes bezighoudt. Offerteprocessen worden steeds verder geautomatiseerd, bijvoorbeeld door toepassing van big data, data-analysetools, offertetools en digitale platformen voor informatie-uitwisseling en onlinetraining. Wat aan de voorkant steeds meer geautomatiseerd wordt veroorzaakt aan de achterkant echter complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van opslag, beveiliging, verwerking en duurzaamheid. Wat betekent dit voor onze werkzaamheden, verdere automatisering of terug naar de papieren offerte?

Het is een thema dat breed leeft binnen de offerte-wereld en ons allemaal in het hart van onze werkzaamheden raakt. We willen hierover tijdens dit dagcongres van gedachten wisselen met diverse top-specialisten. Er zijn plenaire sessies en workshops in de planning.Uiteraard wordt er voor lekker eten en drinken gezorgd, kan je volop netwerken en zijn er stands met interessante organisaties die zich presenteren!

Digital transformation is currently the magic word in the application of IT in the quotation process. It is an extremely topical subject that concerns almost everyone who deals with proposals. Bid and proposal processes are increasingly automated, for example through the use of big data, data analysis tools, proposal tools and digital platforms for information exchange and online training. What is becoming increasingly automated at the front, however, causes complex issues in the areas of storage, security, processing and durability at the rear. What does this mean for our work, further automation or back to the paper proposal?

It is a theme that is broadly based within the world of quotations and affects us all at the heart of our work. We want to exchange ideas about this with various top specialists during this day conference. There are plenary sessions and workshops in the planning.
